Bonjour c’est la 3e fois que je dors dans cet hôtel, j’apprécie le fait qu’il soit juste à côté de l’autoroute, même si les chambres sont exiguës sans parler de la salle de bain, pour une nuit de passage vu le prix c’est assez. Le petit déjeuner proposé est parfait, la propreté aussi, le personnel toujours serviable. Cette fois la climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons pu changer de chambre. Pour cela heureusement que nous sommes arrivés dans les heures auxquelles il y avait quelqu’un à l’accueil. Sinon pour le reste vous pouvez arriver n’importe quand il y a moyen d’obtenir l’accès, une réservation ou de payer grâce à un ordinateur qui se trouve à l’entrée. Comme d’habitude nous y reviendrons.

Bruit dans les couloirs très tard la nuit, bruit de portes qui claquent, environnement, la chambre donnait sur la station, donc du bruit durant la nuit. Petit déjeuner servi trop tard pour moi et distributeur de café en panne pour mon départ à 6 heures ce matin !

Arrivées tardivement, nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'accès car portail fermé. Pas de personnel ce que je peux comprendre donc on ne peut pas juger de la qualité de service. En revanche, la chambre suffit pour y passer une nuit mais une panne de clim rend la nuit très compliqué car il y faisait une chaleur étouffante. Du passage dans la rue fréquent ne permet pas de laisser la fenêtre ouverte.

Les chambres sont très petites, les salles d'eau aussi, mais il y a tout le nécessaire, c'est très propre et très calme. La literie est confortable, l'accueil est super, le petit déjeuner copieux. Pour aller à la gare, le bus ligne 16 passe à proximité.

Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble et personnel à l’écoute. Pensez à contrôler le papier dans l’imprimeur de la borne sans cela impossible d’avoir le numéro de chambre et donc obligé de contacter la permanence.

Hôtel très agréable. Ratio qualité/prix excellent. Mais surtout l'hôtel peut s'appuyer sur sa réceptionniste, Laetitia, qui est toujours à l'écoute, souriante, sympathique. De part ses compétences, elle surclasse de loin des professionnels du secteur, y compris certains hôtels 4* qui sont loin d'être à son niveau d'excellence. A remercier et à encourager.

Déjà l'hôtel que j'aurais dû être était fermé et, j'ai été transféré à l'hôtel en face qui est une chaîne hôtelière. Hôtel très bien.

Pas le Première classe mais Kyriad

Arrivés sur place le Première Classe était fermé Nous avions un mot : tansfert au Kyriad Direct en face Donc cet avis est pour le Kyriad Direct (juste en face du 1er classe) Hotel refait donc trés propre et accueil sympa Petit déjeuner correct (rapport qualité/prix)

Acceptable dans l'ensemble

Hôtel acceptable pour une étape, très pratique juste à la sortie de l'autoroute, le confort est bien, la propreté est bien, le petit déj. à volonté est bien, la personne à l'accueil très agréable, seul bémol l'exigüité du coin toilette pour une personne âgée et de 100 kg. Conclusion: acceptable dans l'ensemble.

El alojamiento fatal ya que llegamos a las 11 y no hicimos check in porque era a las 14 horas y a las 14 la recepción estaba cerrada, una persona nos dijo que fuéramos a la recepción de otro hotel que estaba enfrente y allí no atendieron perfecto todo, supongo que sería de la misma cadena o firma pero ahora mismo no puedo deciros en que hotel hemos estado
