"Jen's house is truly stunning. We hosted our long wedding weekend there, and everyone remarked on how incredible the house was. We were able to comfortably sleep 19 adults - 8 of which were in bunks and one on a pull out couch. I wouldn't rely on the futons, many of which are in bedrooms which are best meant for couples. "Aside from not being able to really see the ocean from the house (small view from the primary bedroom balcony) there's nothing to find fault in with this rental. Literally a 1 minute walk to the beach, super wide flat beaches for walks. We had a great time, house was very new feeling (maybe under adorned, but that's fine), closet full of games, comfortable beds. "We have come to Rockaway Bch. every year for the last 16 yrs. in November. We were excited to be able to get this house for the second time this year. Last year there was more of us, so we knew it was big enough for us this year. We love the big kitchen, lots of room with 6 bedrooms and the game room. The only downfall for us is we have more than 3 cars to park which is always a challenge. If the price hadn't been increased, we would be trying to book again for next year. "New home with great “open” layout. Right on the water with places to sit inside or outside (covered in case of rain) to enjoy the view. Great kitchen for large groups with two dishwashers, large fridge, plenty of dishes, etc. Near to town. Although a little more than other properties, it’s worth it and I would definitely stay here again."

"Had a wonderful stay at this property, very clean and stocked with games, books, snd extra linens. Location was perfect for access to beach and a very short drive into town. Comfortable furniture. Of note: Hot tub was semi-private, but still enjoyable. Also house had many stairs: main living area is on second level, unavoidable and hard for the elderly. Overall would recommend and I would stay here again."
