Natalia, We are renovating. It will not be seedy any more. In fact I would like to point out that we as new owners who acquired this hotel in an auction, have already embarked on an all encompassing makeover, to include all rooms, bathrooms (including the furniture, furnishings and fittings), hallways, stairwells as well as the exterior. We have already finished carpeting and painting all the rooms in the hotel and partially furnishing them. This includes the room you rented too. We have finished painting the third-floor hallway and soon the other floor corridors and the stairwells will be painted and then carpeted as well. Soon it will be the turn of the bathrooms.
