Confortable con buena ubicación
Excelente atención, limpieza adecuada de la habitacion, disponibilidad diaria de agua caliente, café, te. Muy cerca del Vaticano. Estaciones de metro y bus cerca.

Excelente
Excelente, limpio, la habitación amplia, la ubicación espectacular. No tiene recepción 24 horas pero no hay ningún problema porque tienes las llaves del hotel. Tiene ascensor, está ubicado a dos cuadras del Vaticano. Hay que mejorar la cama auxiliar pero sin duda VOLVEREMOS a Roma y al Ottaviano Guest House.

HOTEL CONVINIENTLY LOCATED NEAR VATICAN
I traveled to Rome with my wife in Nov. 2016. Ottaviano Guest House is near the Vatican and Metro Station. The rooms are in an old building in good shape with elevator the size of an airplane toilet. The man at desk was nice, but not so the maid who cleans the rooms. Our room was nice with a small fridge and a good shower, but our bed and pillows hard as rocks. We were never told that the set price for our stay didn't include "city tax", which the man made us pay in cash before leting us leave.

Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry that you didn't know that City tax was not included in the cost of your stay. It is never included. It would be not right:n case of no show you should pay it.... We suggested you to ask Expedia.... The center of Roma has been built centuries ago. The buildings are not old: they are ancient! Muy buen hotel para conocer Roma
Excelente hotel , en cuanto a comodidad y espacio, fue facil llegar por que esta cerca del metro,alrededor se puede comer a un muy buen precio, te dan unos vales para el desayuno que los cambian en un restaurant cercano. el edificio es quizas algo viejo, pero la atención excelente, sin ruidos por que tiene pared de concreto, el ascensor es estrecho pero solo es un detalle. la ubicación es muy buena si quiere estar cerca del vaticano general en cuanto a precio y calidad, excelente. recomendable 100%

It was in a very walkable area near the Vatican. Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There were restaurants all around plus good shopping.

The location is superb, just minutes away from the Vatican. The property is clean and quiet. The neighborhood is safe and has many dining options nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay
Had a Great stay, just felt the mattress a little bit hard and it will be better of have 2 pillows per person instead of only 1.

You wrote that your Vatican tour was for 1.30pmIf you lost it, it's not our faultYour plane landed late, the private car took you to the right place but instead of going up to the second floor, you went to another hotel on the ground floor, wasting timeKind regards

No amenities. Staff is friendly. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel/soap as there’s is not the best. Wifi is slow. The towels I had were not clean. It’s basically a large apartment with 6 separate large rooms with their own bathrooms. You have a set of a few keys to carry around with you. It’s very close to the Vatican. For the price, you may want to spend a bit more and stay at a hotel.

Nice location but had issues
Nice room close to the Vatican. Only one, well two complaints, 1) didn't know upfront about the city tax levied at checkout and 2) felt rushed for checkout. It was supposed to be at 1100 but the person at the desk was at our door earlier than 0800 saying it was time to check out.

Lage !
Lage ideal; sowohl 10 min Spaziergang zum Vatikan als auch 5min zur Metrostation Ottaviano. Somit sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Einfache Zimmer, sauber ruhig.

Superb location
This is an excellent base from which to explore the main sights of Rome. I could walk to most of them. I left my room at 7.45am and was walking in the Roman Forum at 8.30 am. The whole sight was deserted. A wonderful experience. I was in St Peter's Basilica which opens at 8.30am at 8.30. So I missed all the long queues and had a much more fulfilling experience. My room had all I needed. A comfortable bed. A large en-suite. A kettle and a fridge. Plus wifi. Vichenso on reception was so polite and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and very easy access to the subway.

Guest House a due passi dal Cupolone
Cordiale il padrone di casa, pulizia impeccabile, camere comode, fresche (che a Roma quasi in Agosto senza accendere l'aria condizionata è incredibile), e silenziose: insomma se dovete passare qualche notte nella Capitale vicino alle zone più centrali senza spendere una follia questo è il posto ideale.

주인아저씨가 정말 친절하셨고 바티칸 박물관 투어시 체크아웃때 짐보관도 해주셨어요. 방이 정말 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어 있어 즐거운 이틀을 보냈습니다. 다음에 로마를 간다면 꼭 다시 들르고 싶습니다. 바티칸 박물관과 가까워서 바티칸 투어 후 숙소로 돌아와 휴식을 취하기도 편하고 천사의성까지 도보로 관광이 가능합니다. 무료로 주신 로마 지도도 너무 감사히 잘 보았습니다^^ 감사합니다^^

Excellent hôtel, propre, confortable, très bien situé, à deux pas du métro et tout près du Vatican et de la place St. Pierre...C'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour séjourner dans la Ville Éternelle....Propriétaire très gentil, sympa, aux petits soins, vraiment aucun point négatif ! A réserver les yeux fermés !

Como se estivéssemos em casa
O senhor que nos recebeu foi muito gentil e eficiente no contrato de traslado pedido por nós em um contato prévio. Tivemos frutas, água e sucos como cortesia em nosso frigobar diariamente. Como tínhamos todas as chaves, ficamos com muita liberdade para sair e entrar do hotel. O único senão seria em relação ao tamanho das camas de solteiro, muito estreitas e o café da manhã, pouco variado. No último dia, esquecemos o cofre totalmente aberto com euros e passaportes e, ao retornarmos, verificamos que tudo estava intocado. Só por tamanha honestidade da camareira, voltaria com muitíssimo prazer.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, l'esperienza è stata totalmente soddisfacente. I gestori hanno organizzato il check in ed il check out con la massima efficienza e sono stati disponibili a tenerci in deposito i bagagli anche oltre l'orario del check out.

Everything about the hotel was going okay (aside of needing to walk to a cafe for their free breakfast and needing to go through multiple doors to get to one's room and needing to carry a huge key chain with multiple keys on it around at all times) until check out. That was a terrible experience. The manager yelled and screamed because we refused to sign a slip we felt we did not owe. He added more tax than what we were quoted from Expedia when we booked the room. A heated discussion ensued for over an hour. Eventually the slip was signed but only because we needed to catch a train to our next destination. Never in my life have I experienced something like this. And never (I don't use this word lightly) will I recommend this guest house to anyone. Stay away!

Zentral am Vatikan
Angenehmer Stadtteil - Prati - relativ ruhig, nah am Vatikan und den Museen, ca. 500 m jeweils, gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Hotel ist ruhig, nur 6 Zimmer, sehr freundlich. Frühstück gegenüber - das könnte besser sein, aber es gibt keine gute Bar in der Nähe. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent accommodation in Rome
Comfortable, tastefully furnished room with all facilities, e.g. fridge, safe, kettle and coffee. Located in an excellent area, a stone's throw from the Vatican, good and reasonably-priced restaurants and the Metro. Friendly and helpful concierge service, immaculately clean and reasonably priced.

Saubere Zimmer in Vatikannähe
Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat einen gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen. Wer gerne in den Vatikan geht ist in ein paar Minuten am Ziel. Frühstück gibt es im Haus keines. Das bekommt man gegenüber im Kaffeehaus. Ein typisch italienisches Frühstück: Kaffee und Croissant.
