The lot is shared by three units, but each unit is a standalone unit, so you don’t share any walls with the other units. Cons:The unit itself is in poor condition. It’s extremely dusty and dirty. “The place was decent for a one night stay. Check-in directions were a little confusing on how to access the unit but was able to figure it out. The place is a little noisy at night as it’s right next to a busy freeway and the bedroom was a little bright at nighttime due to lighting from a property across the street, it could use some blackout curtains. The couch and carpet were pretty dirty and in need of a serious steam cleaning. The coffee maker was a nice touch and the two tv’s were enormous.”
