"Absolutely loved this hotel! Rooms are exactly as pictured and very clean. Compact but cozy with tons of storage space. Check-in is self service but staff is close by to help. Bar open until 2 serves great food and drinks! Parking is not offered on property so you do have to pay additional fees wherever you choose to park but wasn’t a big turn off for us. The doors also require a key card to get in after 6pm which is a nice safety perk for both staff and guests. Will definitely rebook in the future!"

"Great location to Universal Studios. At check-in the receptionist wasn’t very informative on what is included with your room. Called operator and found out breakfast was included with room. Operator did upgrade from continental to full breakfast due to not being told by front desk. Appreciated that. Shower door didn’t seal properly when closed. Bathroom floor flooded every time showered. All in all, decent hotel. Would stay again."

"This hotel was good. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size. They provide hotel shuttle which is plus. The hotel is right near then airport which is convenient when planning your departure time. I would say though that it is a busy hotel. Long check in times, but very friendly staff."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Burbank. The main thing that stuck out to me was how friendly and helpful the staff were. There was a particular gentleman who worked the front desk in the evening who was so kind to me and stepped in to help me with something personal. He also upgraded our room to a suite when he saw the room I had booked was no longer available. He was just an outstanding employee! I also loved the location of the hotel. My husband and I were able to walk downtown Burbank and eat at the different restaurants there. It felt very safe. The hotel is very big and spacious. It has a type of resort feel to it. The only negative thing I would say would be that the TVs need to be upgraded to smart TVs, and there are some areas where the carpet is stained. Other than that, everything was super clean and it was a very pleasant stay. My husband and I are already talking about our next trip to Burbank and plan to stay here again!"
