Although the front door doorbell was not working, we eventually got hold of the manager. The admin system also gave some problems and I understand it was a new system, but I had to wait a long time to pay them. Anyway, that being said, our stay was amazing. The place was clean and the cleaning service excellent. Thanks

Beautiful outside but not within
Beautiful and well kept gardens. However, this establishment should seriously improve on in-room cleanliness and general house-keeping. They should also improve on quality of bedding. Breakfast is mediocre and some elements not fresh. We expected more for the price we paid. The staff is friendly.

Slightly Disappointed
Not what I expected for a 4 rated venue/Hotel/Guesthouse. WiFi did not work in room, Kettle full of ants & dirty, shower floor dirty, spiderwebs against the bathroom roof, almost no water pressure in shower and toilet not working properly. I was disappointed
