Perfect location
My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend, and had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking to enjoy downtown Salida. It is a a short walk to anything in town. The interior is decorated adorably, and everything was super clean! Only suggestion would be better pillows upstairs. Alli was very accommodating and always available. We would definitely come stay again!

Great place in heart of Salida!
Stayed here over Presidents' day weekend, and one of the best places we've stayed at. Lower level has a ton of space and everything was very well appointed. Loft is huge and beds were very comfortable. Unit is right in the middle of Salida and easy to walk to restaurants and even the grocery store. Definitely recommend.

Lovely Condo
My family and I had a fantastic time at this lovely condo. It was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities we needed.

A perfect weekend
We came to celebrate our 38th anniversary and we were NOT disappointed. Here's what we loved: - The instructions for getting parked and into the room were easy to follow - not even a spelling error. - The location is perfect. - You're right by the river and all the food and shops on F st. - The home is well lit, perfectly decorated, and comfortable. - The BED! AWESOME! - The kitchen? Even the knives were sharp. The negatives? NONE! We loved everything about the stay. Would stay there again!

Downtown Hideaway
Tucked into the downtown scene without noise or traffic. We needed a place for a couple of nights before the rest of our group arrived. This was the perfect little retreat that afforded easy downtown access. Comfortable and chic. The hosts have thought of everything.

Super cool spot
We had a wonderful time in Salida and at this historic loft. Location couldn’t be better, and the loft couldn’t be cooler. We never got in the car, just walked around the town and enjoyed the river. We wished we could have stayed longer. By far our favorite place we’ve stayed in Colorado. Kids loved playing with the cars and reading the books. Loved the decor and just everything about the place! Definitely want to come back.

Great Location in Salida
Very clean, modern, and decorated nicely. We could not beat the location. Right downtown and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and the river. Great spot for a few days.

Great location in downtown Salida!
Overall great experience and stay. Walking distance to shopping, food and bars. Place had everything needed for cooking and hanging out. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!!
This rental was perfect! I enjoyed the layout of the space, especially the loft bedroom and bathroom. I found the bed to be comfortable. Enjoyed the private courtyard to for a glass of wine and catch up on my book. The location of the rental was one of the best parts. I enjoyed being able to go for morning walk for coffee, then in the evening walking to grab a drink and bite to eat. I would recommend this rental for an individual or couples. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Loft
Salida is one of our favorite vacation spots and this loft was awesome, one of the best places we've stayed. Very stylish and comfortable. It's location is right downtown and close to the river and even with the proximity to all the restaurants and shops, the loft was quiet. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Salida.

This property was amazing! Very clean and good sized, we did not feel cramped. The location is perfect, right off the main street so you are close to shops and restaurants. The river is a minute walk away and a trail system is a short walk away. We enjoyed staying here!

Fantastic location
The location is amazing as it puts you right near the river walk, shopping and the park. The accommodations themselves are very inviting and clean with all the amenities you could want. On this trip we also stayed in Manitou Springs, Ouray, Estes Park and YMCA of the Rockies cabin and this unit was rivaled by just one of our other accommodations. Will definitely be our location of choice when we return to Salida.

Perfect location in Salida if you want easy river access and easy walking for shopping and restauran
Beautiful renovation with all sorts of extra touches. Easily sleeps 6 with a king bed and two pull-out couches. It's a roomy space and the natural light and high ceiling make it feel much bigger.

Beautiful Condo
Absolutely beautiful condo in the perfect location! The owners have thought of just about everything you could need, and it's perfectly situated to explore downtown Salida. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Our 3 day Salida visit
Our stay in the Palace Hotel unit in Salida was great, just what it was represented as in the profile. Salida is a great little town, an authentic western town, not some fancy ski resort. The condo was very comfortable, extremely well decorated and furnished, right on main street and was like a 5 star hotel. We plan on staying in that exact unit next time we come to Salida.

Charming condo in an awesome location!
My husband and I spent 2 nights at the riverside condo. It’s a beautiful, spacious. Immaculate condo right next to the concert park, F Street, and the river. It was delightful! Our only problem was that the doors to the patio were locked from the inside when we arrived and we couldn’t immediately reach the manager. This was solved and everything else went smoothly. Family members who live in Maysville enjoyed visiting us and our grandchildren loved having a sleepover with us for one night. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return ourselves for a longer stay in the future

Located In the Heart of Salida!
The space was clean and inviting, my teenagers loved it! There was plenty of space for everyone including the outside patio. It very close to the river and right downtown, which we loved as it was walking distance to everything. Please note that it does have some "city noise" as you would expect being right downtown but things seemed to quiet down by 11pm. The owners were very communicative and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I would recommend this place to all my friends!

Lovely and great location
Beautiful and well kept property. The owner thought of everything we could need or want. The bed was comfortable (a big deal when renting) but the comforter was too hot so we replaced it with a blanket. Elegant and classy rental. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and the river.
