We arrived 1.5 hours before 3 ok. So the first thing that the clerk told us was that our room was ready, but if we wanted to get in we need to pay an extra 10 US. When I told her that this was our first time getting that charged and that I find it very offensive. She said "we need to make money on you so we look to charge you for everything that you need". I complain and she said she did not care that we will come back. After that we were given a room that the sink did not work, we had to ask for a repair. On the next day when went our of our room we saw the cleanning lady next to our room, so we figure out that our room would be next. We went out all day and came back around 10pm. our room was just as we left it. We went to ask why it was not cleaned? and the clerck lecture us that we were laisy about not checking the QR code and rules of the hotel. That it was our foult and we were responbiles for that. Next day when we left the hotel, again when the clerck asked us how was our stay, we told her about our complains, and once again we were lecture about our incompetence of knowing the rules of the hotel. I will certainly not come back the Hyatt Place hotels. We do not understand why everyone reacted very agresive to our comments. But After all we felt that we are no longer guest, just a way to earn money.
