Good morning and thank you for sharing your experience with us. First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for any inconveniences you experienced throughout your 2 night stay with us. I'd like to address the size of the beds offered with our different room types. Here at the property we have 1B, 2B and 3B units. They all come with a standard queen size bed. A standard queen size bed is 60 inches wide and 80 inches long. Our hotel is an extended stay property, which is completely different from a leisure hotel, both offering different types of services. Housekeeping services are offered to reservations exceeding 7 nights, as we provide a weekly full clean. However, if at any point you're in need of any amenities provided in the room. You can always contact the front desk. We don't provide complimentary refreshments, but we do have a complimentary coffee bar and vending machines. All of our units do come with a fully equipped kitchen and the use of a dishwasher. If you have any questions, I'd like to address any other concerns you might have. Happy New Year!
