On the day of your check-in, our cleaner conducted a thorough inspection of the property and did not report any presence of roaches or other insects. During your stay, you mentioned observing two dead roaches; however, no live insects were reported. It is possible that these occurrences were influenced by the brief heat spell during your visit. Could it be possible that the two dead roaches came inside with your shoes? Upon your checkout, we specifically instructed our cleaner to inspect the property once again. They found no evidence of roaches or any other insects. To ensure the property's condition, we personally stayed in the house for three days following your departure and found no evidence of insect activity. Additionally, we spent considerable time in the backyard and observed no signs of dog urine. We take these matters seriously and strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
