This marvelous vacation spot features attractive furniture and accessories, as well as a spacious private balcony with super-comfortable furniture and a fantastic view of the Gulf and complex. The full kitchen is waiting to turn an ordinary bag of groceries into a five-star fiesta for your guests. Later, challenge someone to a game down at the shared tennis or pickleball courts then splash around in one of the two shared pools. Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, Eastern Lake or Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A. Things to Know Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nov 8, 2022 #### A couple things needed While we enjoyed the condo, there were a couple of things. We were told about the washing machine not working correctly, but when we did what they told us to, it still would not work. We went home to a bunch of dirty clothes. When you have to work the next day, that isn't the best end to a vacation. Vacasa sent a number to call if help was needed - but no one answered to help. Also, the guest room needs something over the windows other than the current blinds. The unit is located right by the elevator, so the light outside the elevator shines right into the window. I slept very little the whole trip because it felt like daylight in the room all night. I would have thought being by the elevator would be noisy, but the condo was not very busy, and therefore very little noise from the elevator. The condo is in a perfect location. Third-floor view of the ocean and pool is beautiful. The pool is excellent. Underground parking, complimentary bikes, and beach chair service are excellent. Dunes of Seagrove is the place to stay, but because of what I mentioned, I would probably look for a different unit. ##### Stefanie W. Jul 30, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Lovely condo with pool and ocean views Condo was beautifully decorated and was close to the beach. Booked the condo for 6 people and upon arrival there were no sheets for the pull out sofa and there was only sleeping arrangements for 4 people. Since the office closed at 5pm we weren’t able to get sheets until the next day. A little disappointed for how much we paid to not have a place for everyone to sleep. However, we got sheets the next day and enjoyed the rest of our stay. A couple of spare blankets also would have been nice since the bedding is so thin. ##### Julie D.
