You’re also minutes from Gulf Place and some of our favorite local spots. Getting around No car needed. Many shops and restaurants are accessible by golf cart or bike, and the beach is an easy walk. Other things to note Hurricane refund: If Santa Rosa Beach is under a mandatory evacuation during your stay, nights impacted will be refunded in full. Community fines: We must pass along any HOA fines (examples: towels left on the front porch, parking on street/landscaping). Golf cart: Street-legal, 6-seater. Driver rules will be shared after booking. The weather was not always great but Alexa's property was so thoughtful that it made for a fun stay...the toys, a variety of teas, FULLY stocked kitchen, board games and much more.
