Great location, cozy condo
We stayed here for three nights. The description on the website was accurate. The bed was comfortable and the condo was neatly appointed. Everything worked well. Access was easy and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of Saugatuck. Parking was convenient, although if a large truck is parked in the next spot, it does require a bit of maneuvering to get in and out. (A small inconvenience). I would recommend this condo to others looking for a cute, convenient accommodation.

Please get a new bed☹️
I am a five foot one inch senior. I have a knee and hip replacement. The was no way possible for me to get in the bed! Kind of ruined our vacation. Please at least get a stepping stool.

We loved this property. The owner was prompt with responses and checked to make sure we arrived without issue. The property was clean and cozy! Exactly as pictured. The best part of this property was the location! Easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Girls weekend was perfect!

Cross country trip
This was our last stay of a cross country trip from Seattle to Cleveland. The location was great to stretch our legs and walk into town. The amenities were as described. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint and Cozy!
We LOVED it here! This was the perfect space for us and our dog, and we all enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with the ease of walking to Saugatuck shopping and dining. The communication was excellent and the host was very responsive and helpful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!

Great space & location!
Exactly as described. Nicely decorated, spacious, & had everything we needed!. The location was superb for walking to all the downtown shops. Would not recommend bringing a large/long vehicle, as parking lot is narrow… was glad I didn’t drive anything larger than my Subaru Forester. But, overall, a great experience! Communications with host was great! Would definitely stay again!!

Great condo! The property was spotless! Decorated nicely, had the basics one needs to enjoy a week in Saugatuck. The location is ideal for someone who wants to walk to town, participate in water activities, likes to go shopping, experience the local restaurants, entertainment and parks! Kathleen the host was available if needed! She is very welcoming and inviting! I will tell my friends and family about this little gem!

First time in Sagatuck
Everything was perfect. We were missing a hair dryer and the property manager got it to us immediately. Had a little trouble learning how to work the television, the property manager handled that for us over the phone and all was well. I would recommend this location for others planning to visit Sagatuck

A brief getaway
The condo was exactly as listed. It is clean and quiet. The reserved parking was nice. We got in late afternoon and did a little shopping, then on to dinner. Slept in the next morning and walked over to base camp for coffee and a waffle. Back to the condo to pack up then back to reality. We plan to come back!

Location!!!! Whoa!
Awesome little place JUST outside the main strip. Quiet at night but just a block away from everything. No need to worry about where to park! Cozy little place. Easy check in/out process. Everything was wonderful. Thank you!

The property was exactly as described and in the perfect location. And the best part: there was absolutely NO checkout to-do list! This is the first time I've ever experienced that, and very much appreciated. We still took the garbage out because it just didn't feel right not to!

If I could give this location more than 5 ⭐️’s I would!! The location is excellent, the couches are comfy for relaxing, comfy bed, nice bathroom and kitchen. Kathleen could not have been sweeter or more than accommodating! I will definitely book this home again when in the area. Book now and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Everything was perfect
When we first arrived I was shocked at how amazing the location was. We were literally steps from everything. The place was very clean, and cozy. The weather was nice so we slept with the windows open. I also loved how easy it was to check in with the owner with a simple text message. We definitely want to be repeat visitors!

Best location!
You can’t go wrong with this property as the location cannot be beat with restaurants, bars, shopping, boat rentals, etc. literally steps away from you. If you’re in Saugatuck for the beach (awesome!), you’ll need to bring beach towels, umbrella, etc. as those are not provided. Other than that, no complaints. The owner/manager Kathleen was very easy to get a hold of. Enjoy!

Great Location!
This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in Saugatuck. The Location is perfect and right in the heart of town. The Venetian Festival was going now and getting from 1 restaurant and shop was so easy. We are definitely ready for next year!
