Seaside Amphitheater Tours

Located directly in city and walking distance of attractions. Highway is very congested there and public beach access points are very small. Go to Huntington Beach state park, online reservations required. Windows have no blackout curtains, condo has no elevators, but only two stories high. Inside area smells strong of chlorine, and very air conditioned, indoor pool is kind of cold. Overall great family friendly place to stay, everyone was nice from staff to other families staying there. Movie theater room has board games and tables to sit and play at. Movies are pretty new and we watched the newest Mario movie in there. We brought in our own snacks, drinks, and popcorn. Take the back roads when headed to shops or food, there is also a public park with playground at the baseball fields located just down that back road, go visit.

The hotel is in a busy touristy area - which we thought was a positive. We liked being able to walk to shops or to eat something. The room was ok - clean and maintained enough. The two biggest downsides were there were no where to hang towels, swim suits, beach towels, etc. How are we supposed to house a room with 4 people and have not one towel rack or knobs on the walls. The other issue was there was sand everywhere - when we checked in the room was already dealing with some, and then as you came and went, more entered. It would have been great to even have brooms in the room to be able to keep up. We did not utilize the pool as it wasn't very big - and there was continual construction right outside the gate. We did have breakfast each day - but don't expect anything over the top. Got the job done - but there was very limited seating. We did utilized the lounge area later in the day to play cards, but for breakfast it wasn't the best setup. Overall - we got what we paid for - and enjoyed our time.

Beautiful property,well kept property. Convenient to wharf walking distance. Shuttle to area stops as well.
