Staff was super friendly. Loved the free coffee and tea in the morning, Parking in and around the area was fine. The only downfall was the temp in the room. They have a swamp cooler, which is probably pretty normal for Silverton’s accommodations. I’m sure not very many buildings are air-conditioned in this town but was a little warm at night. It did cool off but took a smidge of time. Delightful place.

This hotel is a very useful stop if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. The check-in is remote - and it worked! The room was clean and presentable. The price was good, too. Our suggestions are: the coffee maker was tedious and ineffective (get something like a one-cup Keurig); provide tissues (like Kleenex); But the bottom line: this hotel is a great deal! We’ll be back.
