It was a nice nice cabin but that’s about it.
We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the cabin itself was very nice structurally. We arrived a day late due to car issues, which was our problem but once we got there, the heat downstairs was not even cut on, you could feel the temperature difference walking down the stairs. It was 73 upstairs, and the downstairs was 50 before we cut it on, the unit couldn’t keep up, so my husband checked under the hose to find the return line sitting on the ground, that’s why it was blowing cold air through the vents. While checking under the house, he also found that the water heater for the downstairs was busted. The maintenance guy came the next morning to check on things, and he was super nice. Called a company and got the return line hooked back up, pilot light started on the gas fire place and when we asked about the issues with the WiFi, we found out it’s a pay by the month situation and you share it with another house. Once it’s used, it’s gone until it starts over. If you shower in the master bathroom, you will stand in the water until you’re out, there are draining issues downstairs. IF they would fix all of these issues, it would be a great rental. I sent and email about issues and was also told we would be reimbursed for one night stay, and I haven’t heard a thing since we were told the maintenance guy would come check on things.

Great anniversary trip
Cabin is far enough away from town to be private yet close drive if you want to see the attractions. Very nice little cabin.

A beautiful clean cabin!
This cabin was Beautiful and VERY clean! It was a good location to shopping and dining options. Not too far away, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We saw 2 bears one evening come out of the hill in front of the cabin that was down one from us. They looked at us but continued on their way. The back porches are so serene and peaceful, we enjoyed sitting out there and reading. I was expecting a spider or two with being in such a wooded area, but we didn’t see a single one! The internet was spotty. After calling the management company, we thought that might improve but it continued to be spotty. I’m sure that is to be expected in a remote location. It did not make or break the trip, we were looking for a little down time! The Rocky Top Winery was a great stop, the server was VERY knowledgable about their products. We drove the Foothills Parkway-highly recommend! Also the Laurel Falls hike was great! We did not do the traditional tourist things as we didn’t have kids with us, but there were plenty of options for families! Overall, the cabin was immaculate and beautiful! We would highly recommend this cozy cabin!!

Wonderful!! Great to hear you had a great stay with us. Please visit us again! Great to hear you got to see some of the Great Smoky Mountains wildlife. Bears!! We are sorry for the inconvenience with the WIFI and cell phone reception. The owner had many service tech's out to see if the WiFi could be fixed. They said the trees that's not on the owners property would have to be cut down. Unfortunately, the owner has removed the Amenity: No WIFI at his two cabins. Hidden Heart, Wild At Heart.

Great weekend getaway!
It’s adorable and the perfect distance from the busy tourist strip. Easy to get to the parks, shops and restaurants and then back away from the crowds.

Wild fires
The property was wonderful; my only complaint was the lack of communication from the office regarding the status of the wild fires and evacuation. I called on Wednesday evening (3/30) to see if we needed to evacuate. I was told no, but that we would get a call if and when we did need to evacuate. I never received a call and when I called the office on Thursday, no one answered. I left a message and never received a call back. We ended up leaving Thursday morning, fearing the worsening conditions according to news reports. Not being familiar with the area and therefore not knowing for certain if we were in an evacuation area was very stressful.

Nice stay
It was a very nice sray just had a few little quarks to the cabin, that would be nice if they were fixed. Overall the cabin was beautiful loved the fireplace Jacuzzi and hot tub. One thing that I was looking forward to was grilling, But the charcoal grill was in bed need of replacing. I was able to use it but but the racks were rusted and it was not the best or easiest to use. Also, the downstairs toilet seat kept on coming apart. Besides that, the kitchen was pretty nice. Overall me and my wife really enjoyed the stay. It was close to Pigeon Forge.

Honeymoon Trip
This cabin was everything we imagined and looked for. It wasn’t far from any attractions or stores. The cabin was very clean and well kept up. The fireplace definitely came in handy during this cold winter time.

Wild at Heart
What a beautiful cabin! It was so clean and a perfect size for our family of 3 (17m old son). The pool room worked perfectly for an area for his pack n play. We just loved the cabin! Great place.

The place was great! Very clean!
You didn’t have a view, but it was a nice area. Far enough away from the crazy traffic in pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, but close enough to drive to all kinds of activities in those cities! Would definitely stay there again.

Honeymoon Trip
Loved it SO much! We enjoyed all of it! Loved the view, the drive up the mountain, the hot tub and Jacuzzi, grilling and cooking at the cabin, the laundry worked great and it was so peaceful, quaint and very comfortable. Perfect cabin for a week in the mountains
The property was just as described in the listing. We had enough room for our entire family. The location was perfect for all of the activities that we planned. The room with the pool table was actually larger than it appeared in the photos. The area was peaceful but not too secluded. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Great Cabin!
We had a great stay for our babymoon! The cabin was in a great location, quick drive to Pigeon Forge attractions. There are definitely other cabins around, which was deceiving from the pictures but overall it was a great stay!

Great Cabin!
Cabin was just as described. Very nice cabin. We loved the downstairs area the most! Hot tub was great. GPS took us right to the cabin. Cell signal wasn’t the best but we enjoyed not having our phones ringing all weekend.

Great Stay!
Lovely cabin for a weekend away. The house was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had anticipated. The hot tub, bath tub and pool table were great bonuses. If I were to say anything critical, the WiFi was a little slow and while the kitchen has plenty of pots/pans/utensils, it is stocked with the bare bones basics as far as spices/cooking spray etc. so make sure to pick up whatever you need beforehand if you are planning on cooking. Overall great experience!

Thank you for your review. So glad you all enjoyed your stay with us! We just wanted you to know why we are not allowed to leave spices/cooking spray etc. in the cabins. Its because of sanitary reasons. Anyone can tamper with open foods so we make sure we toss them (if any are left) to keep all our guest safe! Please come stay with us again soon ❤

Good experience, but...
We had specific amenities that we wanted for our honeymoon. This cabin had them all. We had one hiccup and that was the fireplace running out out of gas the day after we checked in. We filled out the form for maintenance on monday afternoon. The management company was quick to respond letting us know they were waiting on the owners and would email us when that occured, which it never did. So we only got to use the fireplace the first of the 6 nights we stayed there. It would have been nice to listen to music in front of the fireplace on those chilly nights, on our honeymoon. No complaints about the location or management company. Due to the owner's lack of response, we will not rent that cabin again.

Review
Overall cabin was clean and well kept, looked very similar to pictures. When we arrived there was no quilt/blanket for the bed, I notified them and they dropped one off the next day. In the mean time we used throw blankets from the living room because it got chilly in the cabin at night. Carpet had stains but seemed clean over all, there were cigarette ashes all over the tables and balconies outside. Hot tub and jacuzzi tub worked great and were very clean. You could see other cabins from the balconies but the trees provided a little privacy, in the winter this might not be the case. Pretty simple drive to town, we had a lot of fun in pigeon forge and gatlinburg!

Not as private as it looks... another cabin is directly across can see right into the hot tub...placed the hot tub cover in a way to have some privacy... also the jacuzzi bath tub does not work... but the place was incredibly clean!!

Cute little cabin
This was a short stay that was part of a long trip for us and our friends. This place was by far the easiest to check in and out. The location isn’t far from Gatlinburg or any of the hiking trials. The place was clean and cozy. The hot tub was a lifesaver after a day of hiking.

Adorable cabin! Great location; just a short drive to everything yet settled beautifully in the mountains! The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. We felt right at home!! Could use a good deep clean in the off season, understandably so, but we were perfectly comfortable!! We’ll be back to this exact cabin and thoughtful owners.
