Me gusto y mucho la atención del recepcionista la noche de la llegada saliendo incluso a buscarnos a calles próximas por lo difícil de llegar ( por obras) No saber que no había ningún tipo de limpieza ni atención de servicios y productos desechables en los cuatro días de la estancia El apartamento precioso, muy bien situado y muy bien acondicionado

apartamentos nuevos, con decoración moderna, cespacios muy amplios y cómodos. la ubicacion es excelente ya que puedes llegar caminando a cualquier punto de interes desde aquí, además que el barrio tiene un encanto súper especial.

Hola Javier, gracias por su comentario. No hay ningún problema para llegar a la puerta en taxi. Tuviste mala suerte y os toco un taxista vago que no quería dejaros en la puerta, Para ahorrar gasolina y parar en una parada de taxi y coger otros clientes. Recuerda que os lo comente, lamentablemente hay gente así, con suerte os cobro lo justo, hay otros que ademas de no dejar al turista en la puerta, es cobra un dineral. No suele pasar, digamos que es solo el 1% de los taxistas. Siento que te haya tocado uno.

En general el edificio está muy bien. La ubicación es espectacular, en plano centro, lo cual es muy bueno para hacer todo caminando y muy malo si llegas en vehículo porque es difícil acceder hasta el hotel. La habitación que nos tocó era en la primera planta, las ventanas daban a un patio interior del cual se podía ver todo lo que pasaba dentro del departamento de noche, ya que las cortinas son de tul (en la habitación si cuenta con black-out). La calle y la entrada del estacionamiento son muy estrechas, pero se puede maniobrar sin problemas. El departamento estaba bien equipado. El baño era muy estrecho y ajustado, ni que decir de la ducha que con las justas cabía. Alfonso, responsable del hotel, es muy amable y servicial, nos ayudó en todo momento.

Mejor ir sin coche. Llegar y aparcar y salir posteriormente......para expertos conductores.

We stayed in the 2 bed family apartment, it was a good size with on suite to both bedrooms and seperate kitchen and dining living/living area. Well located, close to the cathedral and a couple of minutes walk from plenty of restaurants. The apartment and building were clean and well maintained. Communication from Numa regarding check in, check out and building access was very good. We recommend this accommodation and would stay again without a second thought.

This property is very centrally located. Easy to get there by Taxi, I would not drive thru those very narrow streets. Ideal location, walkable distance to many of the key attractions in Seville. Lots of dining options.

We had a great stay! The owners are incredibly organised and ensured we had all the information needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had fabulous extra touches (we loved the REN shower products, GRIND coffee capsules, crisps and beer in the fridge)! Not only was the apartment great, the location was fantastic being only a 2 minute walk away from the cathedral and all the local restaurants! Thank you SO much!

Great Location, a Few Annoying Issues.
The location was fantastic. We had some minor issues that played a role in our lower rating. We booked a family room. The A/C wasn't working well, there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, and when we took a short nap we had ants crawling on us! Made contact and was asked if we found bug spray under the sink, we didn't. They said they could have someone out the next day to spray for bugs and get us sheets and blankets for the bed. Obviously that didn't help us. They had another, smaller, 6 person room. We took that, moved all of our stuff. Still no blankets or sheets for my daughter's bed. My wife and I gave her our blanket and we slept in our sweatpants and hoodies. This room also had ants, only on the kids' room top bunk bed. We adjusted our sleeping to avoid them, although they did get into some of our clothes bag.

This was an excellent apartment for the price. It is spacious, clean and has excellent air con. The location was perfect for our Seville stay. We were on the ground floor and from the living room and dining room you can clearly hear what is going on outside - this was not an issue for us. Useful info - supermarket Dia is close and has a good selection. We would highly recommend Numa/Jondo!

Oasis in the center of Sevilla
Location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and well appointed. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nice touch that they provide small free snacks. Beds and bedding were very nice. Living room area was a great size for family lounging.

Great place at unbelievable price. So many little freebies. Clean, spacious. Great beds, A/C worked perfect. Parking ok but could not use it because the street was too narrow for us. Great parking not too far, about 4 blocks away.
