So far everything nice in Grains Bar Hotel. Just light so dark

I stayed for three nights and had to change rooms twice. On the second night, at around 3:30 a.m., the power in my room went out, leaving me with no AC or lights. I went down to reception in my pyjamas to report it. The manager inspected the room but could not fix the problem. He gave me another room, but it was full of sofa cushions and not ready for guests, so I had to be moved again. The next morning, I found that the AC in the new room was not working. We reported it before going out. When we returned, the AC was still faulty and the room remained stuffy. Reception then told us bluntly that no other rooms were available because the hotel was fully booked, and that if we were given another room, another guest would have to take our room without AC. We were therefore expected to tolerate a substandard room despite paying the same as everyone else and already having dealt with a serious issue the night before. After considerable back-and-forth, we were eventually given another room, and were told being “very persistent". There was also an unpleasant incident when we first arrived the first day, while it was raining heavily. While waiting to store our luggage, I saw other guests using the lobby coffee machine, so I made a coffee. The manager rushed over and said that, because it was after 10:30 a.m., I had to pay. I handed the coffee back, and he poured it down the sink in front of me. I found this humiliating. Overall, This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
