“The GM and AM were nice. The rooms were not clean at all. The towels had stains on them. And the floor was dirty with sand. My AC barely worked and had mold and rust accumulated on it. I understand that the hotel is able to charge an exorbitant rate in the high season and will probably be booked nonetheless but at least upgrade the rooms and sheets/towels to somewhat match the $$$.”
