Overall property is clean. Las Breas is dated, old with bedding on floor. I had to request to be moved, could not stay in this area. Vistas is newly renovated and clean and would recommend this area for sleeping . Private beach nice and Waterpark. I would of gave 5 stars but I didn’t like Las Breas area and had to be moved which was an inconvenience
