Loved our stay. On this trip our main goal was enjoy the pool with our granddaughter. The pool was wonderful and the hotel was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Would recommend
Hotel was nice and clean. Good area with plenty of options to eat in the area. Breakfast was better than most hotels.

The address you show for this hotel is WRONG! We spent 45 minutes trying to find it. The manager said they have been trying to get you people to change it for years.

Someone forgot to turn the alarm off in the room next to us. It started beeping at 4:30 AM and continued for about an hour. They need to remember to tell the maids to make sure these are off when they clean the room.

Good stay
The hotel was nice, but not the newest HIE&S I have stayed at. Only odd thing was the bathroom did not have a vent, so it was humid in the room most of the time. Staff were friendly.

Thank you for your review Daniel. Our property is 14 years old, so no we are not the newest. Our bathrooms do not have self control vents but our property has a timer ventilation system so it vents all rooms during the nightly hours and morning hours. We hope to see you again!

Few things: 1. The ladies checking us in didn't seem to know much of what was going on or how to work the computer. I had to end up swiping my card multiple times, which for incidentals went through 3 times. Hoping they drop off soon. 2. The carpet smelled horribly like feet and created an aroma in the room. I dropped something on the floor and had to bend down to get it and got smacked full force with a horrible smell. 3. The guy with the mustache and hat was not even a little friendly. He had a mean look on his face and just kind of stared you down when you walked by. Not one word was ever spoken by him.

Hello Heather thank you for leaving us a review. The two ladies that checked you in were not having issues with knowing the computers they had issues with your reservation because the virtual card expedia provides us was not attached but we took care of that. One lady is under going training and the other has been with us for many years. Those authorizations will drop off after 3-5 business days and if they do not please contact me directly so we can look further into it but we should not have that problem! I would like to apologize for the carpet issues in your room. Our hotel is very well-known for our cleanliness and this issue will be took care of by maintenance, that room will undergo shampooing. Lastly, our night auditor you encountered as been here for many many years and its very un-usual to hear he had that type of gesture with you. It seems as if your over-all stay just was not good for you and we apologize for that. We hope you can stay with us in the future for a better experience.

Staff was helpful and very nice. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable, and breakfast had enough selections to please most everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We really enjoyed the hotel: so clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. Our receptionist Jeff was exceptional and very accommodating and kind.

This location is a great value for the money! The entire facility and especially the room were so well maintained that I literally thought this location had just opened! I was shocked when I asked about the age and learned it had been there for a number of years. The management maintains a near perfect facility and operation at this site. The breakfast had the best offering and was the most logically arranged as any place we have stayed for years! The food was very good as well. The lady at the desk suggested a local restaurant that was outstanding, the best meal of our trip. All the staff here deserve a raise for excellence in customer service and facilities!

Housekeeping Could Improve
Would have been nice if housekeeping would empty trash daily And leave clean towels. The small trash cans were running over with trash. Couldn’t even put all trash in cans. Didn’t like that I had go front desk to get towels either. For what I paid for the room, I’d thought checking trash and towels on daily basis wouldn’t be too much to ask.

Diane, I am so sorry this happened during your stay. Please note we do room service daily as long as the DND is not on the door. I will review this with our housekeeping manager, this is completely unlike our staff to not service rooms. Again, I do apologize.

This is a lovely, clean property. Staff has been helpful. A couple of items that bothered us, however...no extended hour for weekend breakfast and $4.00 to wash clothes. Most hotels charge $1.00 - $1.50. We have been on the road for 24 days and appreciate the convenience, but....

It was amazing from the moment that I walked in very friendly welcome feeling. It was a nice atmosphere especially when I'm looking to move into the area so thank you 😊And thank you for having comfy beds 1st hotel in the long time that i stayed in that did important especially when you travel and you want a good night rest. Only downfall it was a little bit more pricier then the other hotels.
