“ The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. I did run into one issue I had arranged via chat with the hotel to have my EV charged while using valet, since I was on a tight schedule the next morning. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t charged as requested. However, the team responded quickly and professionally by crediting the valet fee, which I appreciated. The valet charge was $55, which feels a bit steep (not sure if that’s the standard). That said, everything……
