The property was old and not comfortable. The only chair was by the door so that the people in the parking lot had a clear view. My memory of this stay was completely negative!

They sent me to a room that maintenance had to be working on (I have pictures)! Went and told the front desk she had an attitude. The next room the TV didn’t work called the front desk she said “just turn it off and on”. I got tired of complaining and just told myself never again

The room was not cleaned well - many of the surfaces were dirty. When I asked for the dishes and utensils that were supposed to be supplied, the clerk said I would have to carry them up myself because she was there alone. I had to make 2 trips, and the things she gave me were not clean either. I don't think anyone had ever cleaned the coffee maker. The furnishings were shabby and the bathroom door was cracked. I'll never stay there again!

I had to do laundry so I borrowed one of the carts and the manager was so rude to me and my husband because we borrowed a specific cart. The manager walked us to our room for the cart I couldn't empty it fasg enough he practically pulled it out of my hand.

I booked to have a queen size bed but when I arrived they were overbooked and could only provide us a room with two twin size beds and said we could push them together. The room was dirty, not clean with trash on the floor. We did not even stay the night after returning from our concert we drove home. I would like my money back.

The price was good and the room was adequate. The staff was friendly so I felt it was a good value for the money. I do wish they at least kept a hair dryer on the property to borrow when a guest leaves one at home. Otherwise it was good. I'm not paying for a 4 star hotel so can't expect 4 star amenities. Overall it was good!

This by far was the worst hotel I stayed @. The floor was horribly stained. Looked like someone caught a body in it. The room was overall dirty. You can clearly tell that they didn’t even attempt to clean it. We stayed on the highest floor & it still sounded like someone was above us. Oh…& fair warning…the water doesn’t get hot!

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. My room was next to the laundry room. It was very loud and the wall next to the laundry room even vibrated. There was also a dirty tissue on the floor in my room. The first day I went to get breakfast. I got less than hakf a cup of coffee. I emptied the urn. There was no vanilla flavored creamer or sugar. The other days, breakfast was fine.
