Overall the experience was fantastic! Everything was clean and ready when we walked in the door. The attention to detail was much appreciated. It's the little things that make a huge difference.
There was a humidifier and distilled water in one of the rooms, which is a "must have" for those of us that don't get along with the horribly dry climate in Colorado.
There were store loyalty cards and other helpful local business cards and information on the kitchen counter. (TIP: Go to City Market, AKA King Soopers/Kroger instead of expensive Safeway.)
The internet connection was blazing fast, even with 4 people using it concurrently.
The pool was pretty much empty the entire time, even with the reservation system. (25 person limit due to social distancing.) We were able to walk right in with no waiting or prior reservations.
The hot tubs were all closed due to COVID-19, unfortunately. (This is true for all of the hotels and condos in Colorado with small hot tubs. Go to Old Town Hot Springs to get your spa fix.)
The kitchen was well stocked with everything from dishes to pans to spices and even ample coffee filters.
The washer and dryer worked great. Very helpful for a longer stay.
They are not kidding when they say you don't need air conditioning. Two very powerful fans were provided, just in case. If you leave the doors open and screens closed during the cool night, and then close the doors and curtains during the day, it stays quite comfortable even without the fans. This was in August during a near record-setting week of high temps in the 90's.
Check-in was very easy, even though Google maps took us to the wrong property. (It's actually further up the hill.) The property manager responded quickly to text messages when I had questions.
The people that live there in the summer were very nice, as were the staff at the club house.
The location is practically on the ski slopes (you can ski straight from the condo to the slope), and still within a 30 minute drive to everything fun to do in the summer.
Would definitely stay there again, summer or winter!
