Front desk staff were all very accommodating.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
Our bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean. The whole hotel had a strange smell, but it looked clean.
There was no clothes iron, hair dryer, or coffee maker in our room. We personally do not need these things, but it would be good to verify all the things that were supposed to come with the room or in the room so you don't get charged for them. We did not get charged for them.
First morning we ate the breakfast. It's steamed scrambled eggs. Hard tack, water flavor gravy, stale everything. I was thankful for it. We choose to walk across to waffle House next morning.
The parking lot is pretty dirty. The walls in the hallway on the second floor seem to be very worn and possibly dirty.

"I personally love the Graduate Hotel. They have the best happy hour downstairs and make an excellent club sandwich with fries. However we won’t be going back because my husband could not sleep with the mattress. To be honest the bed could use an upgrade. 😞"

"The rooms were very clean. The front desk clerk was not friendly at all act like she really didn’t want to be there and the breakfast was absolutely terrible and a lot of the stuff was back ordered at breakfast."
