Owner & family are very friendly and kind. The owner got out of his way to accommodate my arrival time, and pick me up from the near-by subway station。Since we did not have a key to the house, the owner always made available time from his business to lock the door and let me in. Therefore, having access to a workable cell phone is essential if staying in this property. Bedding are comfortable. The room has been equipped with a kettle, and a big window looking out to a natural field. My room is on 4th floor inside a 6th floor home. The room is spacial, clean and comfortable. However, I got multiple musquito bites and caught 8 musquitoes the first night. Although the owner kindly used mosquito repellant the next night, I was still bothered by two mosquitoes.
Another drawback in this property is that the bathroom is shared by owners living on 6th and 7th floor at night, and there were water leaked from the sinks.
