Era uno de los más conocidos hotel de Taipei . Después de su renovación ya más de 15 años el hotel se ve que ya necesita una reforma grande. Pero sigue estando una localización privilegiada. La habitación que estuvimos (1406) era amplia (había sofá) pero nada de vista aunque había un gran ventana , daba al muro del otro edificio. El aire acondicionado daba directamente hacia la cama. El baño esta correcto pero falta sitio para colgar toallas (solo había uno) . La bañera está altísima para poder entrar y salir , todo muy abandonado. La cama me pareció muy cómoda y el edredón es material natural . El personal amable y servicial. Calidad y precio aceptable .

I have been staying this hotel for years. This is the first time I stayed after pandemic. Even though the facilities is a bit of wearing out, it is still very nice. And the professional and friendly staffs are another reason for me to go back. The location is probably the best compare to other hotels in Taipei. It’s so easy to go everywhere from there. And their bed is very comfy. However, the bathroom was not design for shower purpose. If you are a bath person, the design is a great design for you. For shower people, the shower head is not exactly in a right position. I made the room wet the first time I took a shower. So i had to carefully shower if I dn’t want a wet room. It’s not difficult and you can always ask for more towers.

The room is more like a run down motel than a 4 star hotel. Worn furniture, torn window curtains, burned carpet, worst of all the room has bad smell.

快適なホテル
マラソン会場に近いため利用しました。チェックイン前の荷物預かりもスムーズにしていただきました。 フロントが入り口から入ったところすぐではなく、奥にあったため一瞬迷いましたが、ドアボーイの方の丁寧な案内で問題ありませんでした。 浴室、室内とも清潔、窓から台北101が見える素敵なホテルでした。

ボーイとスタッフの連携が取れていない
ホテルに到着するやボーイさんが荷物を預かってくれたのでてっきり部屋まで持って行ってくれるものと思っていたら、チェックイン手続きを済ませてエレベーターに乗ろうとしたところ、荷物が目につきにくいところに放置されているのに気づいた。カウンタースタッフからも何も言われなかったので、気づかなければそのままだっただろう。 タクシーを呼んでもらおうとした時も、頼んだボーイがそのまま消えてしまい10分ほど待たされたあと戻ってきたスタッフが「タクシー着きました」と。普通なら「あと何分で着きます」の一言があってもよかったのでは。 よく利用するホテルなのだが、今回はボーイとスタッフ、客への報連相がうまく行っていなかった。

I visited Taipei 6 times for 100 days the past year. This is one of the worst hotels I stayed at (13-15 hotels this year). Lobby and restaurant looks nice, and that’s where it ends. Room had worn carpet, lumpy bed, baseboards scratched up, bathroom had mold on the caulking and around the sink and mirror. Gross!!!! The water pressure was too low—-took 30 min to fill the tub and couldnt shower off the soap. Asked to use the restaurant at 1am for a call i had to make to my US office and the desk staff said we cant use that area after hours—-im not eating, just sitting on a chair! He said to use lobby, but they have christmas music playing loud and said they cant turn the volume down. Definitely not worth the $119 rate. Lot of hotels at $90-110 that are better.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located in walking distance to many eatery, even to night market and Taipei 101 building. However, room is very outdated. Room has an odor, damp carpet smell like moldy smell. Room experience is not pleasant

Old, dirty, moldy and outdated. Our room was triangular shape without a window opening to fresh air. We expected far more for the price. We do not recommend staying here

我要入房間的時候被外面的工程人員叫住，他不知道房間已經被通知可入住了。這有嚇我一跳，房間外面有人走來走去還在修繕，還好進房後看到桌上有告示。 開門的門把會撞到門後的木門，還已有個很深的凹痕，剛好有穿制服的人員路過，反應了一下。

地點交通便利、附近就有吃食、飯店工作人員都很友善，都很輕切打招呼
前台人員Joy非常親切，也很有耐心。每個服務人員都非常友善。 缺點:早餐是需要點的，這可以提供選擇，但吃不飽，只有just fine的程度 健身房施工無法使用，房間的wifi不夠強要連到別間的 房間插頭太少 另外反映有煙味時，工作人員協助拿空氣清淨機，這間很有效解決 ovrerall地點交通便利、附近就有吃食、飯店工作人員都很友善，都很輕切打招呼，謝謝安排安靜的房間好讓我個好眠，大堂的花藝也真的非常美
