繁茂的雕像

The location and property are beautiful, however, the rooms need a refresh. NO air con and the small fan was just blowing heat. The bathrooms are tired/worn looking, Just expected more for the cost of the room.

前台服務員專業有禮，特别是 Nathan 表現親切。但房間的 整潔程度需要改善，被安排一間壞了空調的房間，不能提供房間更換，只退回20%房費及送兩杯飲品作補償(酒店的回贈還算合理)， 另外一提: 早餐廳部份服務員禮貌及態度極需要改善。但我們是希望有個好的住宿體驗，但今次未能達到。
