Bonito por dentro, no tanto por fuera
La apariencia del hotel deja mucho que desear, necesitan mejorar por fuera. Por dentro las habitaciones son amplias y limpias y el personal amable.

Vacaciones perfectas
Mi familia y yo quedamos contentos y satisfechos con el servicio que nos brindaron el personal de servicio al igual que fuimos atendidos por Michael, el dueño, personalmente. Todo fue cómodo. La playa estaba cerquita y la piscina muy limpia. Mi familia está lista para regresar el próximo año.

El hotel es muy bonito y sus empleados muy amables.... pero las intenciones estan obsoletas los aires hacen mucho ruido y las camas ya estan vencidas

Hotel sencillo y cómodo con excelente atención.
Nos sentimos como en casa, la atención de michael, Jennifer y el staff de cocina nos atendieron de la mejor manera.

Muy cerca de la playa
Es un hotel ideal para pasar unos días muy cerca de la playa, en un lugar seguro. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente la amplitud de la habitación y la calidad y calidez del servicio, especialmente del restaurante, con precios y calidad buenos.

Para Relajarse
Para ir relajarse esta perfecto, cómodamente cerca de la playa y pequeña piscina pata alternar con los baños del mar y para el descanzo está excelente. ..volveré. ...seguro que volveré.

Disfrutamos del fin de semana familiar y la playa esta alejada de otros hoteles asi que es aun mejor! La atencion del personal, excelente!

The staff was exceptional really nice. The hotel needs work and not really the value for price. The ocean is a short walk but really dirty. They say they clean but it had rained before we arrived and it wasnt really a nice experience with garbage all over the beach. The ppol is small and breakfast was typical but everyday the same...

Perfect Tela retreat
Great staff, food, pool, beach access. AC and hot water, TV and balconies. What's not to love?

Far but nice
The hotel is nice and clean, the staff was friendly and caring. The only problem is the location is very far from the city center and dirt road to get there. The area itself its nice, with beach access and good service. In our visit there was a power out and we had a humid hot night but that power out was city wide so no complains for the hotel.

Il faut s'adapter aux horaires de service, repas avant 19h et petit déjeuner après 8 heures, connexion internet aléatoire et piscine limite marigot ...mais si on veut avoir du temps libre c'est parfait

Not worth the money!!
Perhaps long time ago nice hotel, but lack of maintenance completely run down facility. Dirty beach, nothing properly working such as telephone, internet, shower/water pressure. No rules use pool, so people swimming in their clothes. Restaurant closed at 7pm. Bad breakfast.

The staff at the lobby were kind. Not the same at the bar/pool. On sunday we had no electricity, and the hotel does not have a backup source of energy, hence, no water also. The table and chairs inside the room are terrible.

Run down with bugs
Very hard to find. Felt very run down. Close to the beach and nice pool. Howecer....Bad shower. Terrible food. We ate dinner and it was so bad we left the next morning before the free breakfast. Lots of bugs everywhere. Huge spiders in the room. We spent 14 nights in Honduras all along the coast and this was the worst one.

Wonderful Experience In Honduras From A Texan
Coming from America I wasnt sure what to expect from Honduras but after being in the country for a week I left with an amazing experience. I was down in Tela to play the Honduras Open golf tournament. The staff at Hotel Grissy made me feel like family. They cooked breakfast for me each morning. I ate in the restaurant each night and the food had a great down home feel to it. This is a locally owned hotel so it will give you a real feel for the country. It is just a few feet away from the beach. I went running on the beach in the morning and evening. The staff speaks perfect english and truly wants you to enjoy your time in their hotel and the country. They were quick to fix any issue that arose. The rooms were very clean and cozy. I felt completely safe at the hotel my entire stay. There is someone on the property 24/7 I am looking forward to staying at Hotel Grissy again on my next trip to Honduras.

What you see is not what you get
Well the hotel is on the beach which is great however the pool was dirty due to the rain but was clean the next day The staff was extremely rude and not properly train, their so call included breakfast was good The rooms were good, the linen was not change daily The manager treated my family as if they were not guest in the hotel and was over charged!!!! Overall the location and the room were very good but customer service was terrible.

Отель находится за городом, найти его самостоятельно было непросто, однако оно того стоило. Вокруг отеля колоритная карибская деревенька, рядом пустынный пляж, где Вам никто не помешает наслаждаться великолепным чистейшим морем (в то время как городской пляж Телы больше похож на птичий базар). Ресторан отеля правда не очень порадовал (завтраки готовит охранник - может быть экономят из-за низкого сезона), однако наличие собственной машины и дешевое такси решают проблему. В остальном - очень приятное тихое место с обходительным доброжелательным персоналом. Отдельная благодарность Lourdes за гостеприимство и теплое человеческое отношение.
