If u need a bed this is the place. If u want comfort and feel like ur in 2024 this isn’t the place. It needs new rugs a tv big enough to see it. A clock that don’t sound like it’s going to blow up. Walls that need painting. And that smell I don’t even know how to describe it. Let’s talk abt the bathroom!!! U sit to use it and the door can hit ur side. lol shower head looks like it can kill you with so much crap on it. So NO I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Rudest service I’ve ever experienced
The front desk woman was extremely rude. I checked out without even stating my full stay. She had no bra on at the front desk and again was very rude to me. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and refused to give me her name.

After checking into the room, you proceeded to smoke despite being aware that it was a non-smoking room. The front desk simply requested that you vacate the property as you had just checked in, without imposing any penalties. While we understand your dissatisfaction, it does not justify making inappropriate comments in your review. We maintain a firm stance against personal remarks directed at our employees. We sincerely value and commend our employees who adhere to hotel policies. Have a blessed day.

The toilet plumbing was un hooked so not working no water. Crumbs in my bed so no laundry done. Front desk was friendly and when I notified of issues he did apologize and said sorry.

The hotel was being remodeled. Light switches were grimy, bad tile job in bathroom. All lamps have been taken out & recessed light installed that the front desk didn't even know about. Not a wonderful nights stay. Breakfast was ok but still would not recommend this hotel.

Decent stay for the money.
The front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was surprisingly very good. The morning clerk wasn't as friendly. The hotel itself is very old, run down and needs a lot of work.

Horrible you’re not a guest there just a check
Horrible big brunette girl at front desk after selling our house working all day said our second 7lb dog couldn’t stay there we had no where to go already paid no money she accommodated charged us double pet fee insinuated we had extra people in the room like we r tweakers just a family in between homes, went to book two more nights only cause my wife didn’t want to move I talked to manager he said we were good to stay in same room, the day comes I’m at work they charge my wife then go and kick out my family because of 2 7lb dogs “pet friendly” they “didn’t know” nightmare, bugs, construction going on

Halls where dirty doors ect. Also had someone walk into one of my workers room looking for someone. Not sure how they even had a key.

None smoking was not!! The night and morning desk ppl are unhappy at their job. Was not welcoming didn’t even smile or say hello nothing. The shower has paint coming off in the ceiling. The shower head was so rusty. Sheets was so thin I had to use the other beds sheet to keep warm. All the lamps and clock was in plug so had to push desk back to do their job. It was just yuk to me and will never stay again. We travel from San Antonio to visit family and get a room all the time. I wanted to see stay here because it looked to be beautiful and that my friend is a lie.

They had no record of my reservation and had no rooms. Then my card was charged for the stay

Drugs and alcohol were being openly used in the parking lot with loud music playing. The shower had mold, the room smelled like smoke despite being "smoke free"
