“This place was everything described and a wonderful time! From the foosball table to the arcade gaming, down to the stuffed animals and poker table it had everything for our big group. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and we loved the hot tub. Owners were quick to respond to any inquiry! Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking breakfast lunch and dinner a breeze. Would 100% recommend for any family gathering!!”

“it is in a great location with easy access to Grand Lake and Winter Park. Clean and comfortable.Did not use Dishwasher as there was standing water and looked like one of the spray fans was broken. Reported problem and assume it will be fixed. Trash pick up could be better coordinated.”
