This is a new hotel (2024) but you can already see wear and tear. It’s maybe slightly better than a holiday inn. The blanket is a little weird in that’s it’s a fleece between two sheets. It’s clear the fleece isn’t washed between stays as you can see hair. I agree with other reviews that not having card verification on both sides of the elevator is a huge miss. It’s only on the right side so people crowd the right panel. You can’t fault the staff - super nice and polite.

Room was not cleaned/ towels weren't replaced for the duration of our 3 night stay which I found rather peculiar. They also only provided 1 key for our room. I had believed it was common practice to provide 2. Other than that, the room was clean when we arrived, the bedding was comfortable, and the gym was lovely.

Amazing location in River north close to many popular spots in walking distance. Apartment was huge and can fit many people especially a big group. I loved the amenities, felt very luxury and a nice extra with a fully equipped gym, sauna and pool it’s perfect for relaxation and fitness. The views were also incredible. The only thing is the water pressure in the bathrooms isn’t very strong but everything else is perfect, staff on checkout was slightly rude when we asked to leave our luggage and not very welcoming. Overall i would stay here again :)

This is our second time staying at the sable and it was wonderful! The staff is amazing and friendly! The elevators were out and we got lost a couple times getting to our room, and every single staff member that we would run into each time was so helpful and kind in finding where we were supposed to go! One of the housekeepers even stopped what she was doing to walk us to our correct floor when she realized we were lost! She was so incredibly nice! The views are incredible, the location is incredible, and the staff is incredible! Will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Chicago/Navy Pier!
