“Building is lovely and well kept. My only question was why there was not any room cleaning after the second night stay. No garbage pickup or towel change out at all. Initially when I looked online at the hotel details it showed daily room service. This was disappointing. Also it would have been nice to have some recommendations of local food Venus.”
“I do not like the way the daytime desk clerk talks to guests, me included. What he doesn’t realize is when he belittles another employee to one of the guests, he is bringing the entire team down. It seems as though he is the only “bad seed””
