The area surrounding the hotel is perfect. We had an upgrade in our room with views to the river and the square. This was maybe a bit more noisy but charming. The state of the building and rooms is perfect. Personnel were kind and attentive. General services of the hotel, including coffee and tea, fruit, etc were great and convenient. Maybe only breakfast could be a bit better according to the high standard of the hotel. Thanks.

Muy bien ubicado - de clase internacional !
Recomiendo mucho. Está muy bien ubicado. Personal muy amable. Desayuno completo y rico. Habitaciones grandes, confortables y mucha atención al detalle. Excelente para estancias cortas y medianas.

The hotel is a perfect location in the old part of town. The surrounding area is charming and quaint. Thun castle, wooden bridges, restaurants, trains and buses all within walking distance. It’s a great home base for day trips to St. Beatus caves, Bern, and other areas.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und zentral, mitte im Herzen Thuns. Das Personal war korrekt und professionell, dürfe aber bissche mehr Fröhlicher sein. Ansonsten nichts auszusetzen.

Very nice hotel in beautiful Thun
Nice, clean, comfortable hotel, close to transportation, including the train station, and restaurants. A minibar in the room, instead of the collective one, would be a good idea.

Hotel was perfectly located! Highly recommend if you are just visiting for one day as you can easily walk wherever you want in Old Town. If you are driving you can drive to the hotel, but likely you will end up parking in the garage a 8 min walk away. So I would plan on packing a light bag. Staff was great and our room had an unreal view of the mountains and river. Will recommend to all my friends.

The place is immaculate. The room was a very decent size for the price category I went for, the shower was great, the bathroom not claustrophobic and the staff were very friendly. There is good coffee in the lobby of every floor. The location is beyond beautiful, with a view onto the Rathaus or the river. Literally it is the heart of town. Thank you for being so considerate!

Not worth it
Well this is the worst room in the property. Shower not working, holes in the bedsheet, no air or air conditioning that works in the room, divided bed in a honeymoon suite (duh?), just overall expensive room with bad views and nothing extra. On top no coffee machine or a fridge in the room.

Os quartos , recepção e corredores limpos.Infelimente muita mosca justamente no restaurante onde era servido o café da manhã. Por várias vezes vi mosca pousando sobre os queijos e frios.Não foi bom.

The crown hotel
The hotel receptionist was an absolute star, super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel as the staff is excellent, the rooms are top notch and super clean.

Sehr schönes Hotel an zentraler Lage
Das Hotel Krone ist sehr zentral am sehr schönen Rathausplatz gelegen. In kürzester Distanz sind viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants zu finden. Das Hotel macht einen frisch renovierten Eindruck und die Mitarbeitenden am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
