The room I stayed in had loose water faucet handles. I noticed a bathroom lighting fixture need to be fixed. The extra security lock need to be replaced or tightened. Not a big deal, I thought the artwork on the wall is suggestive to families with children. Some areas need more dusting. The elevators need to be in good working conditions for the hundreds of visitors that stays at Planet Hollywood. Overall, it was pretty clean.
