Me and my friend had an incredible stay at Mhontong. We were welcomed in and felt like part of the family. The location is in a quiet rural fishing town, the locals are all very kind and gave us lots of smiles as we explored the area. Our host went above and beyond to make our stay there the best it could be. We were given lots of reccomendations of what to do in the area and had a private boat tour arranged, taking us to all the less touristy places ! We were accompanied by one of the hosts who helped translate with the boat driver and looked after us on the trip. The view from the property itself is beautiful and right in the national park. We cannot reccomend to stay here enough!

Clean, comfortable, good location, owner very helpful. Sound proofing between upstairs and downstairs rooms could be better. Outside seating area was lovely. Very good value.

This place is simply amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are perfect. Nice big bathrooms, huge comfortable bed, ice cold AC, fast internet and very quiet. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. A must if you’re staying in Aonang. A++++
