“We stayed at the cabin in Nov 2023. And had a wonderful time. What made the trip so memorable was getting recommendations from the owner Amy when she came to the cabin stoking the outside heater that piped in heat to cabin. Cannot over emphasize the need to do research on places to explore while there, because this cabin is in a very rural area. Amy's recommendations on where we should visit meant everything. “The hotel was great value, the best in the general area when I was searching. The room was very clean, and no problems with bugs, or any other general housekeeping issues. The only issue I had was trying to call the front desk twice to ask about late arrivals (no one picked up), and the mattresses could be upgraded, mine were very firm. Otherwise it was an excellent stay for the price!”
