A great location for Eden Park.
Sleeps 4 but ideally family / close friends as all beds are in the one bedroom.

Very noisy room , ask for a quiet room the rooms on Queen St are VERY nosiy would not recommend if these are all they have. A shame as the Hotel is in a great area for the City and things to do. Not sure I would stay again.
