We truly enjoyed the Stone Hearth Inn. We stayed after an event about a half hour away. The Inn was cozy, decorated tastefully with cozy white coaches and antiques and wide plank flooring. The room was air conditioned , the bed was comfy and had everything we needed in the bathroom. We enjoyed speaking with the owner at breakfast and hearing her story. Just a few minutes from town and a great place. We enjoyed the breakfast but, unfortunately , weren’t staying long enough to try lunch or dinner at the eatery (run by CIA graduate). Next time! Everything about Viking Villages Resort was wonderful! We loved the cozy place we stayed, with an eye for small details that made it a delight. The resort is secluded and very peaceful, even with the occasional "baaa" from the nearby sheep herd on the property. There was corn hole available to play and chairs to sit out on the deck at night to stargaze. If you want a real escape, this is the place to visit. It really has the feel of being in a viking village! We will most certainly be repeat customers!

We loved our stay at the Latchis. The one and ONLY issue, which was on the minor side for us personally though would have long-term significance, the shower diverter did not function very efficiently, which wasted water. Also, the shower tub did not drain very well, which is just annoying to stand in water as your bathing. Other than that, we absolutely adore this property and will stay there again when we visit Brattleboro. J & E

Only stayed one night- clean and convenient! Looked like new or recently renovated! Nice bathroom! No frills -basic cold breakfast items and Keurig coffee makers available. Easy check in and checkout. Max was there for check-in. Touch-less, paperless checkout.
