Extremely disappointing
My family came from out of state to rent this home in celebration of my daughter’s college graduation. We pulled in and there was overflowing garbage bins in the driveway, the grass had not been cut in a while. The access notes were incorrect so we had to wait for a call back from the owner on how we could enter the home. The inside of the home was filthy, the beds weren’t made so unfortunately we saw the condition of the mattresses and pillows (unsanitary to say the least). There were no serving utensils , grill utensils or paper towels. The back yard was a hay field along with beer cans all over so we couldn’t enjoy it at all. Between the conditions of the front and back yards, we were unable to take family pictures with the graduate.
The toilets were broken so the water ran constantly. The primary suite had ants crawling all over the walls and floor. We chose this home because of the pictures and description of the backyard. But it actually looked like an abandoned home.
I contacted the owner when checking out and expressed our concerns and she never responded. I was hoping she could make up for the terrible experience before I had to write up this review.
