Todo exelente...lo malo es que no tuvimos oportunidad de comer en el buffet. Y cuando pedimos un cafe en el casino nunca nos lo llevaron..

The hotel was pretty and had easy access to the concert we attended however the bath room needed wiping down it looked like there were spots that needed cleaning and the room was HOT we tried turning on the ac several times and it never turned on. our party had to shower in the morning because we woke up sticky from how hot the room was other than that everything was nice and convenient

Matthew at check in went above to help. Our room was great and the casino and food were nice as well. The gas station at the end of the parking lot was very convenient.

Enjoy the perks for applying for membership club card $20. Room was nice and smelled good. Check in receptionist was very kind. Parking was good I have no complaints. I will return soon

I loved how they gave me the option to pick a room...staff was very friendly you dont have to go anywhere else their is entertainment food and other activities in one place i loved the stay i will come back

The rooms are clean and well kept and new. All staff was friendly and everything went smoothly. Even received a call confirming my stay. Great attention to detail. It’s pricey… I hope to see if I get some comp’d room stays in the future when gambling :) I wouldn’t stay here for any random weekend because I can’t see paying so much for a room.

We have been to this hotel a few times and it’s very clean and their entertainment venue is top of the line. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the dining options fall quite short. There’s huge lines at all the dining options so we ordered from the grind coffee shop and the sandwiches were barely edible. We watched Daniel Tosh (which was amazingly hilarious) and ordered room service after the show. The food was absolutely disgusting and they even missed an item we were charged for. A serious overhaul of the dining options and this hotel would be top notch.

The hotel stay was perfect as we were attending a concert and we wanted to be close. Our only complaint was 3 restaurants were open and the lines were long. This was a Tues night and we were told they asked the 3rd to open for the event. Otherwise a great stay

The Casino was very nice and clean inside. The parking area was littered with trash and just plain dirty. It was easy to get in and out of concert venue. The room was very nice. Staff was great at hotel desk. We checked in on waitlist for restaurant to eat. No one ever text us back. Had to eat snacks we brought. Not happy.

This was a very nice hotel. But what was even better is the staff for the hotel as well as the staff for the casino including the dealers were impeccable. You can tell that they consider customer service at top priority and I really enjoyed my stay.
