Overall lovely facility, ordered room service on our first afternoon which came with a nice little congratulations dessert for our recent engagement.
Pool and hot tub are located within the night club and hours of use at 7:00am-7:00pm which was not detrimental but certainly would be nice have more "normal" hotel hours for such facilities (which we do recognize is not possible given the current set up).
Our only other small note is you can hear the bass from the nightclub in some areas of the hotel. We were on the 9th floor and it was noticeable in our room, but not enough to keep us very tired guests awake.

My stay was wonderful! The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. I loved the candy bar at the front desk—it was such a thoughtful touch. Walking into my room and being greeted with a bottle of wine made the experience feel extra special. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Was cloudy the day we were there. IMHO, Whistler is a very plastic, soul-less mega-ski-resort. People in the information center were not very friendly or helpful. The gondolas at Whistler are evidently not open after 5 PM, and the trips take 45' apiece, so you need to get there early in the afternoon to use them.
