Quite location closer to Grnad Canyon South Rim
My family and I had a fantastic trip to the Grand Canyon and really enjoyed this quite roomy house. Close to downtown Williams for groceries and Route 66 nostalgia as well as a close drive to the Grand Canyon.

Decent location and house but needs working fridge
Make sure you don’t bring food for the refrigerator unless it has been a challenge and time consuming to move food back and forth to outside to keep it from spoiling. The old fashion video game table was fun. Overall room set up is good. House is on a cistern so water pressure is not the same as city or well.

Better after check-in
The owner of the home was extremely nice and very responsive. Unfortunately we experienced some trouble with getting check in information, but they more than made up for the miscommunication. The house is not far off the highway, but you do have to drive over some tough dirt roads to get there. My kids all loved the Pac-Man arcade game and the dark sky at night. It’s also an easy drive to the Grand Canyon. Overall, it was a great experience for our family.

Perfect house
La maison est très agréable et très confortable. Elle est parfaitement équipée. Le soir vous pourrez admirer la voûte céleste qui est absolument incroyable !! Car aucune lumière aux alentours. Il faut compter 30 mns pour Tusayan et 40 mns pour l’entrée au parc du Grand Canyon

Quite and close to the Grand Canyon
The check in was a breeze. The host was attentive and helpful. The property is located close to the Grand Canyon and has all the amenities of home. Beautiful views and close to the highway. The property was clean, and has everything you need. There was 3 negatives about the property. All windows were unlocked when we arrived, so be sure to check that when you arrive. The property has some worn and damaged areas that need repair. The property has wifi, but it is extremely slow (the teenagers were distraught! Lol) Other than that, quite a fantastic place to stay.

Quiet Location for Grand Canyon Visit
We booked for a quick trip to the Grand Canyon. This is probably one of the closest rental homes you can find to the park, though it is about 25 minutes south of the park entrance. The house was clean and had everything we needed. As another review noted we did see a few bugs, but living in the country ourselves this wasn't anything out of the ordinary for a house that is off the beaten path. A tip for future guests: I highly recommend stopping at a real grocery store before you come to the house. The only store between you and the Grand Canyon is run by the park service and is crazy expensive ($9 for a gallon of milk).

Lake Powell Perfect Location

Wonderful Stay!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. We spent three days; perfect location to the Grand Canyon. We loved the peace and quiet the location provided. Would definitely recommend to others!

Nice place to stay. Was just a little far from Williams. We thought it was in or near town. It was a 30 minute drive to get to town. Think this is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Grand Canyon.

The price and the value did not line up.
The house is close to the Grand Canyon and that is the only thing you are paying for. The beds were not nice, the sheets had stains, the towels were low low quality, it was very hot inside when we arrived, I counted probably 10 bugs within 15 minutes of being in the house (grasshopper, spiders, moths). The cost of the VRBO is usually a barometer of the quality. That is not the case with this place. We reserved it for two nights and opted to not stay the second night. I am usually very tolerant for for little items but these all just added up to a bad experience.
