“If it weren’t for the kindness of the host, who accommodated us for an early check-in and late checkout, I would’ve given this zero stars. It’s totally rundown, looks like it hasn’t been power washed in 20 years, as soon as you walk up it smells like mold. The listing doesn’t tell you that it’s on a main street. The inside has rotting walls with actual holes, you can smell the mold and in one of the bedrooms it smelled so toxic like cat urine and chemicals - no one could sleep in there. The……

“Excellent home and location. Host was super responsive. Hot tub was nice early mornings and late night to just unwind. The location was unique close to the state park and stores. Will be returning. Highly recommend!”

“Tweeter ville,,,,the whole area is run down . I cried when we pulled in , run down old apartments. Bring your own towels and sheets maybe bedding , for half the price I could of stayed at the casino in lakeport,, lesson learned”

“Host of an excellent communicator, and the property was exactly as described. It was a great place for us to hang out while attending the farm to table dinner full belly farm. We all enjoyed a large living room and the games it made for great family time. Oh I didn’t do much cooking in the kitchen because we had a dinner event. I did bring home some dessert and just the kitchen was well appointed. We really appreciated the coffee machines in the morning.! Ragnor, the property dog, was a great……

“Good seeing you. Had a good time with my cousin. I'll be back next year, staying next door with the balcony. The kitchen could use a big bowl for big food like a salad. Thanks. ”

“The place was clean and well equipped and Mo was very responsive and made stay as pleasant as possible.”

“Nice place, great hot tub. We enjoyed our stay.”

“It was a quaint country house. The host was attentive, but also left us to ourselves. The house was clean. A/C worked well. It was very comfortable.”

“We had a wonderful one-night stay at this waterfront home. The location is unbeatable: right on the lake with mountain views and a private dock, and it made a perfect home base for a show at Cache Creek Winery. The host was excellent, quick to respond with clear check-in instructions, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Comfortable beds, everything we needed for the weekend, and easy to find. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Clear Lake.”

“What a beautiful, peaceful place! Our goal was to unplug and recharge this week and watching the birds and bats first thing in the morning set the tone!”

“The interior of this property was decent and clean enough, but the outdoor space was a letdown. Despite the 'panoramic views,' we couldn't really enjoy the scenery because the deck was dirty and full of spider webs—it definitely didn't make you want to sit outside and relax. It was fine for a quick stop.”
