The room cleanliness was not great. The room had a lot of dust in corner that’s were never swept . The breakfast wasn’t kept up and the gentleman working looked liked he didn’t want to be there

Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.

The hallways were filthy litter construction debris lined all corridors! I arrived at 4:30 given a key to a room that was just being cleaned and told I had to wait 15 mins till they were done.
