Only problem was I showed up at 1:15pm and check in was 2pm. The girl at front desk told me I had to wait. I sat in lobby and watched 3 people check in while I was waiting. Then a 4th person came and I ended up going to another girl and she checked me right away at 10 minutes to 2pm. "

"Expedia showed this hotel as a 4 star. It's the first 4 star hotel where there's no room service for customers that stay more than a day. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner, and skin lotion. We had a great difficulty to set the temperature in the room so we had to go several times to the reception to have them set it. Breakfast is crazy expensive (65 lpz). Location is not very convenient."

The only problem I had was when I tried to get a coffee from a coffee machine in the lobby which I thought was complimentary for the guests. To my surprise, a waiter began yelling at me, the coffee was not for guests of the hotel but people attending some conference. He yelled at me across the whole lobby at it was very very embarrassing. Surrounding people began looking at me like some kind of a thief. I understand...
"A usefu hotel although not centrally placed in Bytom. A fridge and microwave oven are available to guests and located near reception. Breakfast was okay although the cooked selection was very limited consisting of boiled Polish sausages and scrambled eggs"
