Perfect for our leadership retreat
This was the perfect place for our group. We had plenty of space for meals and discussions but also spaces to get away and relax alone or together. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Even better than we anticipated.

Sibling Reunion
This home is wonderfully designed for a group gathering. Very clean, very comfortable beds and furniture, a variety of sitting areas, and very tastefully decorated. Christy went above and beyond providing everything you might need for your stay. Of all the places we have rented through the years, this home is at the top of our list. We will return!!

Amazing house
My girlfriends and I went for a weekend here. This house has everything you need. It is a beautiful place, super clean, and huge! The clubhouse was a great dinner spot for us. We will definitely rent again.

We'll Be Back!
This is the second year my nine friends and I have stayed at this lovely home for a long weekend. The homeowner is welcoming and communicative, making the check-in process easy. The home is immaculate, organized, roomy, and full of light. Woods surround the home with plenty of deer, squirrels, birds and other wildlife. My friends and I have every intention of returning for another stay next year.

The most considerate beautiful place!
My family and I stayed here for our January Christmas and we couldn’t stop talking about how great this place was. Christy was super responsive and the place was beautiful. It was so well thought out from the rooms to the kids play room. It was also amazing that they offered a baby gate and pack and play. The bad weather was fine because the house is also stocked with games and other ways to stay occupied. Great experience!

Awesome oasis
Our family gathered to celebrate a birthday. What a delight when we arrived to see all the property had to offer. It was a perfect fit for our group of five households each had their own bedroom and bath. Kristy did a great job informing us of all that the property offers. It was easy to use all the amenities including the hot tub. We have added this property to our list of favorites, hopefully we can return in the future.

Amazing home
We are an extended family getting together to celebrate an early Thanksgiving. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us, the host had thought of everything we could possibly need and had provided it. The property was super clean and beautiful. We will definitely come again if the opportunity arises.

A 5 star hotel only much better!
Elegance with all the amenities in a beautiful area, inside and out. We enjoyed delicious meals with our family at the spacious dining tables. Bedtime was easy with the five bedrooms for 5 adults and 5 children ages 7 to 15. Everyone was happy and relaxed.

Innsbrook was a quite community with lots of things to do- golf, beach, pool, pickle ball, etc. It was a wonderful place for me and my friends to spend a fun, relaxing weekend.

Amazing house for a family vacation!
This is the PERFECT house. Every picture you see, is exactly how it looks in person. Every bedroom is spacious, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. The large dining room table was perfect for our family dinners of 17 people. Our kids enjoyed playing with all the toys, we loved the variety of games to choose from and appreciated the privacy the house provided when we were outside. We spent time on the deck in the morning and the afternoon enjoying the deer and beautiful sunsets. The community pool was enjoyed by everyone and just a quick drive. We absolutely LOVED this house and its location. We definitely plan on returning! Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with other families.

Great house
This is a great property for families or friends, and anyone traveling with kids or babies. The high chair and baby gate made all the difference for our three generation family group. Very clean, organized and well provisioned. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend giving this home a try.

Excellent house in Innsbrook
Christy provides a beautiful house and a wonderful space for our family to relax and enjoy a vacation together! Four bedrooms all have comfortable king sized beds, a private bathroom and are beautifully decorated. The fifth bedroom has two queens and four singles beds that worked perfect for the children ages 4-9 to sleep together. They also had their own bathroom. Christy supplies everything you can think you will need. There’s lots of toys for kids, books, video games, a pool table, outside sports equipment, golf clubs, beach towels and swimming gear. We stayed at this house two years ago and since then Christy had added a hot tub and a beautiful fire pit complete with a surrounding patio and chairs. We enjoyed both of those additions greatly! When we had an issue with the TV Christy was on a solution immediately. She responded quickly to any message I sent, very appreciated! She made sure we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our stay. Our second stay at this house was wonderful and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you Christy!

We were thrilled with our stay. 14 in total to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The grandkids had a blast playing on the PS4 and pool table. All 8 grandkids were able to 'bunk' together in 1 room. We grilled ever night and the table was perfect for all 14 of us to sit together (which was important; parents request). We enjoyed coffee on the back deck and watch the deer every morning. We could not have found a better spot to celebrate. Thank you!

Incredibly Beautiful House!
We rented this wonderful house at Innsbrook for my family so we can be close to my daughter’s wedding venue in Marthasville. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Christy thought of everything and anything you could possibly need. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had and provided very comforting hospitality. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, appliance and cooking item you could possibly need. If you forgot something there are several personal toiletries available in the bathrooms. She even has a hand held steamer so we were able to steam our dresses for the wedding. Plus the beds are super comfortable! The house is absolutely gorgeous in pictures and even better in person. Thank you Christy! We will be back!
