Buen hotel, nuevo, limipio, sitios cercanos para comer o cenar, solamente una pega y es que el.pirmer día habia un acto en el desayuno y no habia sitios para sentarse resultando incomodo desayunar tranquilo.

Comfortable, clean and nice services.
It's a good hotel. It's clean and the hotel stuff is very kind and helpful. I had problems with the key card but they helped me successfully. I liked a lot the room: nice bathroom design and a very comfortable bed. I liked also the smart features in the room: remote control for the led lights and for the room temperature.

Hotel moderno
Buena. El hotel es muy moderno, tanto que el cuarto de baño está separado de la habitación por vidrios transparentes y no paredes. Dispone de una cortina externa al cuarto de baño que se puede tirar para taparse uno mientras está en el cuarto de baño.

Really brilliant super modern hotel
Firstly, this hotel is not close to the airport... That is the only negative we have about it... The hotel itself is super modern, you check in yourself when you arrive and the lobby is open plan with the staff working area.... The lobby has comfy seats and sofas with laptop screens that you can use built in, a really cool facility.... The rooms are super modern, with a rather clumsy and difficult computerised demotic system... sometimes it is easier to have a light switch rather than a touch screen to control everything... The restaurant is really good... everything is prepared freshly... the quality of the food is really very good, which surprised me... Overall, this is one of the best value hotels I have been to... If you dont like really super modern, this may be your worst nightmare, but it was funky and cool!

Hotel estupendo, muy recomendable
Hotel muy recomendable para cualquier tipo de viaje tanto de ocio como de negocios. Muy moderno y práctico. Todo "self-service" desde el check-in. Muy bien situado al lado del centro. Por poner algún pero, quízás más incómodo para viajar con niños, las habitaciones son pequeñas y completamente domotizadas.

Great place to stay!
Amazing hotel, fab location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, a good variety too. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely look into Puro hotels in the future!

So the Wroclaw hotel was lovely. However, when booking through *Your Website* the webpage refreshed and fed us Puro in Gdansk. Pressed confirm, then almost immediately recognized the error. Called Expedia Customer Service and got a Huge run-around, concluding with “sorry, you agreed to our terms. The charge is non-refundable.” Complete garbage. Immediately disputed with our credit card company and yes, they are customer-forward. Forever more, we will tell people what crooks Expedia is.

Skønt hotel med fantastisk morgenbuffet
Rigtig dejlig oplevelse at bo på hotellet. Indtjekning og information fra receptionen helt i top, og vi kunne parkere i underjordisk garage i forbindelse med hotellet. Dejligt lyst og stort værelse og en formidabel morgenmadsbuffet med alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Hotellet lå i gåafstand fra restauranter og seværdigheder og vi kunne fra haven komme ud til et stisystem, der fulgte de gamle voldgravsanlæg rundt om den centrale del af Wroclaw. Et hotel der kan anbefales på det varmeste

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Wünschen entsprochen, die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super leckeres und gesundes Frühstück - freundlicher und professioneller Service. Nicht so gut hat das Licht im Badezimmer funktioniert - ärgerlich, wenn das Licht in der Nacht beim Toilettengang hell aufleuchtet und die Größe des Zimmers ist etwas klein bemessen.

Vi har boet på PURO i Gdansk, som var forrygende. I Wroclaw levede de på til forventningerne og gav os en skøn oplevelse. Fantastisk morgenmad og sublim beliggenhed.
