Kacey Lee Musgraves was born in 1988 in Golden, Texas. She recalls her guitar lessons when from when she was 12 to be one of the most important things that ever happened to her. In 2008, she signed to Triple Pop and released her cover of OneRepublic’s “Apologize”, gaining over 31,000,000 streams. After supporting Lady Antebellum on their Own The Night Tour, she released her debut album, Same Trailer Different Park, a year later. She was nominated for four Grammy awards in her inaugural year. To support her second studio album, Pageant Material, Musgraves performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night With Seth Meyers, and a string over other talk shows. In both 2016 and 2018, She headlined the C2C: Country to Country Festival in London. Golden Hour, Musgraves’ third studio album, was released in March of 2018. She was featured in a handful of talk shows to support her album once again, as well as opening for Harry Styles in his Live On Tour. Golden Hour took the Album of the Year Award at the Grammys.
